How to order
The easiest way to order from Jack Spratt Baby is online. Simply browse our online store and add your products to the shopping cart. When you have made your selection/s click 'proceed to checkout' to place your order and make payment. Once we have received your order we will send you a confirmation email to let you know that it is being processed. We will email you again to let you know that your order has been dispatched.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders with 2 - 5 working days.
All our orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. If you require a faster delivery time then please contact us at
admin@jacksprattbaby.com and we will do our best to get it to you on time. Please Note - If orders are paid with cheque/postal order, then we are unable to dispatch the order until the cheque has cleared, or until we have received the postal order.

As standard all of our t-shirts and rompers will be delivered to you wrapped in tissue paper and presented in one of our super cool White Jack Spratt Baby Boxes which are gold foil embossed on the lid. Our Bibs (when ordered individually) will be delivered wrapped in tissue paper and tied with a luxury white ribbon and finished with a gold embossed. All of our clothes make a super gift idea and for that extra personal touch you can add a gift message at no extra cost. Simply fill out what you wish to be written at the checkout process and we will hand write it onto a gorgeous Jack Spratt card. For that extra special touch we will wrap your gift in our luxurious gift-wrap, but please remember to choose this option when adding your product to your cart.

No Quibble Guarantee and Returns
We do our upmost to ensure that all of our products leave us in perfect condition but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Jack Spratt Baby product then we will be happy to provide an exchange or refund, with the exception of personalised garments (personalised garments can only be returned if faulty). All unsatisfactory items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please return the item/s back to us in their original condition unworn and in perfect condition (unless faulty) with all the tags intact. On receipt we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge). When returning your item, please provide us with proof of purchase (either the original sales invoice or the order number) with a note explaining why you are returning the item/s and whether you would like an exchange or receive a refund. Please send returned items via recorded delivery to Jack Spratt Baby, 253 The Green, Eccleston, Chorley, Lancashire, PR7 5TF. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post. We cannot refund return postage unless the item you received was the wrong item or the item was faulty.
You will receive your refund credit, or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible. Please note that the refund will only be given to the original payer.
Out of stock items
We try our best to maintain stock availability, but occasionally we may sell out of an item and have to wait a short period of time for new stock to arrive. If there is likely to be a delay due to an item being out of stock then we will always do our best to give you an accurate estimated delivery date for your order.

When placing an order with Jack Spratt Baby please be assured that all payments are made via a secure hosting and are encrypted between your browser and the server. We use Sage Pay to process all payments and never have direct access to your credit/debit card details. Sage Pay has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). They adhere to the most stringent levels of
fraud screening, to ensure that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
Privacy and Data Protection
We keep a record of some of the information you give us, such as your contact details, purchases with us and any email correspondence you may send us. We do this as it helps us to process your order efficiently, deal with any queries you may have and track any concerns you may have had with our products or services. We do not pass on your details to any third party but may, from time to time; use your information for our own marketing purposes.
We reserve the right to cancel or delay an order where we have incomplete order details or fraudulent activity is suspected.
